We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

UK postage is free for orders over £30.00, and worldwide orders over £100.00. The UK shipping charge for orders up to £30.00 is £2.50 and worldwide orders less than £100.00 incur a shipping charge of £5.00.

Toko uses the most secure delivery methods possible; please note that a signature will be needed to receive your order.

Security

No credit card or transaction details are held on the Toko website. To achieve maximum security and dependability, we have allied ourselves with the Barclaycard ePDQ service and your online payment will take place via a connection to their secure service.

While you will notice that, when compared to the main Toko site, the presentation of their page is a little, umm… basic, we felt that was a worthwhile sacrifice to safeguard your financial details.

Exchanges and Refunds  

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item bought from our website, please ensure it is returned within 7 days, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note that this 7 day return policy is for website purchases only and does not apply to store purchases. Although we do not offer a refund for delivery charges, if your order arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we will replace the items without charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged following your receipt of them, or that are lost in the post on their way back to us. Please let us know if any part of your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition within 3 days of receiving the order. Email: website@tokojewellery.com or telephone 020 8891 4214 between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Alternatively, our branches offer a 28 day exchange policy on all undamaged items except earrings (for hygiene reasons). You are very welcome to take your online purchase, and your delivery receipt, to one of our shops and view our extended range of jewellery and take part in the more personal Toko experience.

All of these policies are in addtion to, and do not affect, your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
